Other Ingredients: Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sunflower lecithin in clear vegetable capsule.
Directions: Adults 18 years and older: Take one capsule twice daily for the first month. Thereafter, take one or two capsules per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
